General conditions of participation and privacy policy
Please note that photos and videos will be taken during the event. The organizer may use these for marketing purposes. Your data will be stored at the OST. Your registration data (surname, first name and company) will be handed out to the participants on a visitor list. The participation fee will be invoiced. Cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the event are free of charge. After this deadline, the full participation fee must be paid.
